The purpose of the maintenance coordinator is to direct customer queries raised through the Growthpoint helpdesk and channel it to a service provider or manager that will address the query. Work closely with the Building Manager to ensure Growthpoint buildings are up to standard. Ensure that the house-keeping or general maintenance of the building/s and other Handyperson duties are undertaken with respect to Growthpoint’s planned maintenance and emergency work programme.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Liaising with all “drop in” visitors.
- Handling of keys to vacant units. (Ensuring they are clearly marked and safely stored).
- Opening of vacant units for brokers.
- Updating of the Asset register.
- Manage and control (in conjunction with the Building Manager) the ordering of consumables / refreshments.
- Monitoring/Managing Cleaning Staff/gardeners/Pest control/Security
- Submit expense approval requests on Fraxion and send out orders.
- Save documents on the appropriate platforms
- Compiling take-back and take-on inspections packs and upload onto the correct platform.
- Assist with compiling monthly report packs, including updating risk reports
- All administration functions linked to role.
- Manage the Office Administration and reception area.
- Liaise with tenants who contact the call centre with queries regarding contracts, leases, procurement etc.) and resolve or refer matters to appropriate department
- Log all maintenance calls correctly
- Check and process the completed job cards
- Ensure stock is ordered timeously
- Set up quarterly tenant meetings
- Provide tenants with service disruption updates
- Log all maintenance calls correctly and obtain Reference Numbers - all quotations \ invoices must be coded with the Call Centre Ref Number
- Submit invoices for payment.
- Close calls on GMSD
- Close Orders on Fraxion.
- Assist BM with Utilities queries and logging of issues with appropriate council departments.
- Issue of access cards.
- Facilitate all statutory services.

Experience
- 2 years’ minimum experience.

Must have basis knowledge and experience in the following:

- Access control
- Security
- Cleaners
- Garden services

**Qualifications**:

- Matric prerequisite
- Post matric qualification will be an advantage
