We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Motor Mechanic to join our team, responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of our fleet vehicles.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to identify mechanical issues, malfunctions, and potential problems in our fleet of vehicles.

Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as services, engine overhauls, brake repairs, suspension repairs, electrical repairs, and general automotive maintenance.

Maintain detailed records of all services performed, including parts used, labour hours, and overall vehicle condition.

Maintain a clean and organized workshop area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Motor Mechanic, specifically working with a variety of vehicle makes and models.

In-depth knowledge of engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and computerized diagnostics.

Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues.

Strong organizational skills, problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all repair and maintenance tasks.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively communicating with colleagues and reporting to supervisors.

Valid driver's license.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Certification from a recognized automotive training program or technical school.

Prior experience working with fleet vehicles or in a similar industry.
