The Opportunity
Are you ready to be part of a dynamic and efficient team? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement & Inventory Administrator to ensure smooth procurement operations and effective stock control at our branch
Key Responsibilities
- Processing Purchase Requisitions (PRs) with a 48-hour turnaround.
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing branch stock.
- Maintaining an organised and presentable stock room and factory.
- Weekly processing of the low stock report and placing orders.
- Updating the Key Performance Area (KPA) sheet weekly.
- Weekly reporting to the Procurement Manager on procurement issues.
- Maintaining and updating Item Master Data for branch minimum quantities.
- Conducting quarterly stocktakes.
- Continuously learning about parts and improving product knowledge.
- Assisting with ad hoc procurement tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- Valid Driver's License (minimum 1 year of experience)
- Own Reliable Vehicle
- Computer Literate
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Confident communicator with solid reporting abilities.
- Experience in procurement, inventory, or supply chain preferred
Advantageous:
- SAP experience
- Industry experience
