**Job Title**: Regional/Trainee Regional Manager
**Location**: Durban

**Company Overview**:
We are a leading clothing company dedicated to delivering quality fashion products. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Regional/Trainee Regional Manager to oversee our operations in the Durban area.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate daily operations within the region to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Support the implementation of company strategies and initiatives.
- Train and develop store managers and teams to enhance performance and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor standards and provide constructive feedback.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to drive business growth.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the clothing industry (non-negotiable).
- Must currently be working as a Regional or Trainee Regional Manager.
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
