**Requirements**:
**Experience and Qualifications**
- Matric or equivalent
- 1-2 years client service experience
- 1-2 years insurance back office experience
- Minimum of 1 years financial service industry experience
- Knowledge of specific products, systems, processes and procedures will be an advantage.
- Understanding of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements will be an advantage
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams)
- Must be fluent in English

**Duties & Responsibilities**

**What you’re going to do**:

- Provide effective support and build partnerships with CRCs, Advice Hub, MFP (Momentum Financial Planning) Practice Management Consultants, MFP Admin services and other service areas within each of the product houses

**Responsibilities and work outputs**:

- Provide a seamless onboarding client experience by ensuring that all required onboarding information is timeously obtained from clients.
- Where required, ensure that outstanding information is proactively followed up with CRCs or clients directly and or feedback regarding queries is directly communicated back to the client
- Capture all data accurately on relevant systems according to SLA agreements
- Prepare quotes accurately and within agreed time frames
- Facilitate and resolve enquiries received from CRCs and AAs
- Accurately complete all administrative and reporting requirements within agreed timeframes.
- Adhere to all relevant legislative / compliance requirements.
- Establish and build healthy relationships with stakeholders which build rewarding relationships, facilitate feedback and provide exceptional client service.
- Develop and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with peers and stakeholders
- Positively influence and participate in change initiatives
- Continuously developing own expertise in terms of professional, industry and legislation knowledge
- Make recommendations to improve client service and fair treatment of clients within area of responsibility.
- Contribute to continuous innovation through the development, sharing and implementation of new ideas
- Take ownership for driving career development
