Familiarity with the local padel community and its dynamics.

**Operational & Managerial Skills**:
Proven ability to manage day-to-day club operations efficiently and effectively.

Experience in planning, organizing, and executing successful events (tournaments, leagues, social events, etc.).

Strong understanding of customer service principles and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with members and guests. (NB)

**Marketing & Communication**:
Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new members and increase club utilization in all demographics.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with members, staff, and management.

Proficiency in utilizing social media platforms to promote the club and engage with the padel community.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high level of cleanliness and order within the club.

Proficiency in using relevant software (Playtomic Manager and Playtomic Apps, Americano app)

Proactive and able to identify and address potential issues.

Team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Desirable Criteria**:
Previous experience in a similar role (club management, sports management, hospitality).

First Aid and CPR certification.

Bilingual (English and Afrikaans).

Residency in Pretoria or a close proximity to the club.

Pay: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
