Procurement & Events Specialist (Fixed Term)

- Your main accountabilities:
- Support Procurement on both strategic and Tactical projects and ensure documentation of all RFQ and RFP activities
- Provide support on all Facilities activities and inquiries
- Support Events on the execution of planned activities
- Assist with tracking milestones of all active events and facilitate next steps.
- Provide support in driving Due Diligence and monitoring compliance, and support projects, substitution, or value-adding activities that generate benefits and savings for the organization.

**Qualifications**
- To be successful in this role, you need to hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Law, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.- To be effective in this role, we expect you to have:
- Fluency in English is a necessity.
- Demonstrated excellent relationship, networking, and negotiation abilities. Data-driven, confident, influential, and persuasive, Business Ethics mindset with a strong sourcing toolbox and excellent stakeholder management.
- It will be considered as an advantage if you have experience working in Indirect Spend Procurement with exposure to the Meeting and Events Category.
