As a Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in generating exceptional business opportunities for our clients. Remotely, you will be making outbound calls to potential customers, representing our clients and fact finding to ascertain whether products/services would suit. Your aim will be to engage prospects, qualify leads, and contribute to successful sales outcomes.

The role:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using provided contact lists.
- Engage customers with enthusiasm, showcasing our clients' offerings.
- Strategically assess customer needs and qualify leads accordingly.
- Schedule appointments for our clients' sales team with interested customers.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the team and clients to achieve campaign goals.
- Stay updated on our clients' products/services and industry trends.

Who you are:

- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and client-focused approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with a diverse range of people in various industries.
- Results-driven with a strategic mindset, aiming to surpass targets.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
