Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telemarketer to Financial Advisor position, located in Cape Town. The primary responsibilities include reaching out to prospective clients, building rapport, and effectively scheduling appointments with Financial Advisors. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and communicating clearly and persuasively about financial solutions and offerings. Success in this role will require collaboration with team members and adaptability to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and time management
  • Strong Customer Service mindset with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Proven aptitude in Sales and understanding client needs
  • Motivated and goal-driven team player
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or financial advisory services is a plus
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certifications in sales or customer service are advantageous
