Job Title: Sales Assitant Ecologic Renewable energy Installation Company

We are looking for an experienced, organized administrative sales and director support to the Sales Director and operations team of a growing solar PV installation company. You would help manage critical operations and sales functions and ensure the efficiency of a busy director-level executive.

Reporting To: Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:

- Help with quoting and follow up on quotes sent out
- Liaise with project managers, electricians, clients and other key stakeholders regarding project details, timelines, deliverables and scheduling
- Maintain organized digital and physical files/records
- Anticipate operational and administrative needs and proactively address them
- Review callout reports from office admin assistant, ensuring any necessary follow up actions are completed
- Update job card status as work progresses to keep Operations Manager and Sales Director informed of real-time progress
- Proactively manage project risks by identifying potential issues and working with team to develop contingency plans
- Track project interdependencies across multiple installation jobs that may impact scheduling or resource allocation
- Maintain organized records of all project administration paperwork
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess effectiveness of project management processes and identify successes and potential improvements
- Prepare follow up recommendations and notes from project evaluations to discuss during scheduling/resourcing meetings
- Facilitate regular scheduling/resourcing meeting with Operations Director and field supervisors

Essential Skills and Experiences:
3+ years experience in an administrative or project coordination role

Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Excellent communication skills and aptitude for stakeholder liaison

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word and Outlook

Familiarity with CRM platforms and willingness to learn proprietary software

Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills

Salary R11000 - R16000 per month depending on experience

**Salary**: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
