EcoLogic Heat Pumps & Solar are a dynamic and fast growing company specialising in the marketing, selling, installation and maintenance of renewable energy products, more specifically water heat pump and solar water heating systems and photovoltaic (PV) solar systems for the domestic, industrial, agricultural and hospitality market sectors.

We are looking for an Sales and Project Managers Assistant to join our team and support the organization while providing oversight on sales and projects within our organization.

You responsibilities include coordinating with different departments to ensure projects are completed on time. This role is also responsible for performing administrative tasks such as following up that all sales leads are follow through, building estimates and scheduling meetings as needed.

Ultimately, you will work with various teams and stakeholders to monitor sales and project progress and provide oversight to ensure projects are completed promptly and within budget.

**Responsibilities**
- Co-ordinate sales leads that come in and follow them through to job stage
- Perform administrative tasks such as preparing estimates, scheduling meetings, etc.
- Liaising with project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables
- Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects
- Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
- Analyzing data as required
- Tracking and reporting project progress
- Keep track of and report on project progress
- Manage all leads from lead generation firms
- Complete any tasks assigned by the Sales team and Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner
- Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager orderly and efficiently

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as an Assistant Project Manager or similar role
- Analytical thinking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Highly organized and able to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Relevant training and/or certifications as an Sales and Assistant Project Manager
- 2-3 years work experience

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30-45 per week

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R13,000.00 per month
