**Job Overview**
The Client Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Operations Manager by focusing on customer communication, team coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction at EcoLogic Heat Pumps & Solar.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Client Communication**
- Inform clients about their scheduled installation dates and times
- Follow up with clients post-installation to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the installation process
2. **Team Coordination**
- Schedule installation teams efficiently
- Ensure installation teams have completed all necessary paperwork, including picking slips
- Conduct regular tool checks and vehicle inspections to maintain equipment readiness
3. **Administrative Support**
- Maintain accurate records of installations, client communications, and team schedules
- Assist in preparing reports for the Operations Manager on installation progress and client feedback
- Help develop and maintain client service best practices and documentation
- Follow up each week on servicem8 to ensure that all jobs were attended to and reschedule those that need scheduling.
4. **Quality Assurance**
- Conduct post-installation check-ins to ensure all work meets EcoLogic's high standards
- Collect and analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to implement service quality enhancements
5. **Team Support**
- Assist in coordinating training sessions for installation teams
- Help resolve any logístical issues that may arise during installations
**Qualifications**
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service or operations support roles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Basic understanding of renewable energy systems (solar PV, heat pumps) is a plus
