- Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team.
- Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents.
- Creating marketing materials.
- Maintaining a marketing database.
- Understanding the company products and brand.
- General office duties.
- Organising market research.

Requirements and skills
- Excellent knowledge and competency in MS Office (including Word, Excel).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including photoshop and Illustrator.
- AutoCAD knowledge is essential. Computer programming knowledge would be highly advantageous.
- The individual would be expected to spend the majority of their time working with a variety of software, ensuring accurate information transfer and being able to seamlessly work between the different programmes.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Well-organized
- Good communication and people skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
