As an Office Manager, based in our Johannesburg office, you will perform ad-hoc and administrative functions. We are looking for someone to enthusiastically take care of the day-to-day smooth running of our office, this includes assisting the broader team, managing a small switchboard and the on-boarding and off-boarding of team members.
The office is busy and the environment is fast-paced, in order to succeed in the role, we're looking for someone with good organisational skills, great attention to detail and strong administrative ability with computer literacy on Mac and Google Workspace.
**Duties will include**:
- Manage a small switchboard
- Assist with daily office upkeep
- Assisting with general admin tasks
- Assist with some event planning
- Ordering of office stationary
- Running errands
- On-boarding & Off-boarding team members

**Requirements**:
- Matric
- Must have drivers licence and own transport
- Minimum 2 years office admin experience
