**Job Purpose**:
To provide clerical service to the Human capital Branch and support to the senior Manager (Human
Capital Services).
**Key Responsibility Areas**:
Performs specific tasks/activities associated with the provision of a clerical service.
Perform a Receptionist function.
Compiling and collating reports.
Distributes all outgoing correspondences received from the Human Capital Management.
Coordinates and collates Performance Management reports for the HC branch and supporting
the unit.
Co-ordination of administration activities for Unit Labour Forum.
**Essential Requirements**:
Matric/Grade 12.
12 Months relevant experience.
Computer Literacy.
**Preferred Requirements**:
Matric/Grade 12 and relevant certificate accredited by SAQA
Valid motor vehicle driving license.
18 Months relevant experience
