Combined with a worldwide network of dedicated and experienced transaction services professionals, TTS is well suited to serve clients anywhere they do business. **The Role**: In this role we are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated leader who has proven ability to inspire & lead teams and partner & collaborate effectively to manage through change and drive growth. This role is responsible for leading the TTS Liquidity Management Services product line covering Middle East & Africa, a region which spans 29 countries where Citi is present. It is responsible for the successful deployment and execution of the global and regional LMS strategy and ensuring alignment with regional LMS priorities to sustain innovation and growth of the product. This role is also responsible for day-to-day management of deposits and designated cash overdrafts and pooling capabilities across these geographies. Additional responsibilities include operational support of the technology development effort as well as leadership of the LMS product teams in the covered countries. This role is a senior lead and contact for Citi's key clients. The incumbent will be responsible for taking a leadership role in the partnership with Citi Treasury, both from a balance sheet direction, hedging strategy and an integral part of the Balance Sheet Costing groups helping steer the direction of the transfer pricing, capital, and liquidity management of the firm. They will have a key role on the TTS MEA Leadership team. **Key Responsibilities**: **Strategy and Business** - Developing, implementing, and executing MEA LMS priorities and plans that are aligned with global strategy and regional priorities - Responsible for the interaction and partnership with regional corporate treasury for deposit strategy, hedging program and treasury policy for TTS MEA - Leads the identification, review, shaping and advisement of balance sheet and LMS business related matters requiring ALCO engagement and may provide back up as needed to these forums - Day-to-day management of the TTS LMS business including ownership of the P&L, strategy, execution, efficient resource allocation and talent recruitment, as well as development. - Developing the investment case across MEA for winning LMS TTS product innovation investment spend to introduce and embed game changing solutions including real time liquidity for key MEA markets, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives across the network. - Develops a strong client -centric orientation through consistent and high-quality client engagement with key fund providers. Ensures the client lens is applied when LMS product strategy and balance sheet optimization tactics are developed and executed. **People** - Organizational design - this role will execute the MEA LMS verticals recalibration to include product coverage including Balance Sheet management, Deposits & Investments, & Liquidity Product Management - Recruiting, retaining, and training & developing talent in the organization from time to time **Risk Management & Governance** - Ensuring focus on Risk, documentation and Compliance, including Product Approval Programs, NAC and Sufficient Assurance Internal Audits for the MEA region - Ensure compliance with overall product management with appropriate controls including ARCMs. - Ensuring that the business governance framework is effective and complete, including escalation protocol to both business, regional management, as well as the 2nd line of defence; - Ensuring visibility and interface with key regulators from time to time. **Value Proposition** - Evaluating both organic and inorganic opportunities; - Developing a response to the increasing digitization of the industry in MEA; - Ensuring the on-going and consistent transfer of expertise; sharing best practices across regions and geographies. - Ensuring visibility in the marketplace and advancing relevance, advice, insights and solutions to the client-base. **Key Stakeholders** - Partnering with and taking a leadership role as a member of the TTS MEA management team - Partnering with and taking a leadership role with regional corporate treasury, and regional Markets Treasury; - Working closely with other relevant stakeholders including Banking, CCB, FX,
