**DIGITAL HR SPECIALIST - CAPE TOWN CBD**
Will be required to be the main point of contact between the client and several service providers to ensure the efficiency of systems

**URGENT POSITION**

**R 492 000 ctc P/A**

**Minimum requirements**:

- National Senior Certificate
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with extensive experience in implementation and integration of systems
- Project management experience
- Change management experience
- Performance management, including inductions, probations, performance reviews
- Recruitment processes
- Job profiling and employee management
- Payroll experience advantageous
- Industrial relations experience advantageous
- Experience in designing training material and facilitating training sessions
- Knowledge and understanding of general HR practices/principles and labour legislation
- To manage and coordinate the implementation, configuration, customisation and maintenance of all HR systems
- To ensure all system updates are processed timeously
- To act as the liaison between the HR department and the various system related service providers
- In depth technical understanding of HR and payroll systems
- Digitisation skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to process and understand complex and technical information
- Ability to function well in a highly stressful environment
- Ability to function well under pressure and against tight deadlines
- Sound judgment and decision-making ability
- Confidentiality and discretion
