We’re Hiring: Head of Customer Support
Durban North, South Africa
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Customer Support to lead and grow our customer service function.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the customer care team, driving service excellence.
- Implement best practices, processes, and tools to improve efficiency.
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal product/tech teams.
- Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and improve key service metrics (e.g., response times, CSAT, NPS).
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to perform at their best.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Head of Customer Support (digital/software environment preferred).
- Strong track record in team leadership and service improvement.
- Digitally savvy, innovative, and adaptable.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Must be Durban-based (no relocations).
