**MAIN JOB PURPOSE**:
To ensure the professional general management and excellent performance of Capsicum Culinary Studio in terms of

its facilities, staff, sales, overall finances and student service delivery

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Implement the national sales strategy and achieve Campus sales targets (40%)

2. Management of Income and expenditure as well as Debtors management (15%)

3. Management of System Administration and facilities in and around the campus (10%)

4. To comply with regulations from accrediting and professional bodies and monitor a high standard of quality and

excellence (10%)

5. Monitor the academic curriculum and from time to time teach management modules to ensure that students’

achievements correlate with the expectations from industry (10%)

6. Manage performance of Campus staff (5%)

7. Ensure the Company/Campus Social Responsibility initiatives are supported (5%)

8. Implement a Customer Relationship Management Strategy at the campus (5%)

**REQUIREMENTS**

**SKILLS**:

- Management and Leadership skills,
- Computer Literate,
- Interpersonal skills

**EXPERIENCE**:

- 3 - 5 years’ experience in management activities of a small to middle size company.


**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 3 year qualification in Business or Hospitality Management / Sales & Marketing.
- Post-Graduate in Hospitality Management advantageous.
