Durban, South Africa GAAP Point of Sale Full time

GAAP Point of Sale is recruiting a **Customer Software Support Consultant**. The position is based at our offices in Durban and the successful applicant will be reporting to the National Training Manager or their nominees at GAAP where applicable.

**List of Responsibilities includes but is not limited to**:

- Training - Online, classroom and onsite
- Database Setup - in its entirety from the creation of the Organisations to going live.
- Software Support - understanding client requirements and setting up the software to suit the client’s requirements.
- General operational duties assigned as required

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of accounting
- Basic understanding of stock movement within the hospitality sector
- Working management experience in the Sit down and/or QSR Restaurant sector
- Reliable car (Insured for business use before commencement date) **Valid Driver’s License**:

- Computer Literacy (essential) Can work with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel)
- Fluent in English
- **Good telephone etiquette**:

- Customer-oriented attitude
- Attention to detail
- Work well under pressure
- **Punctual, reliable, and presentable**:

- Knowledge of Sales Force (advantageous)
- Can work independently and achieve goals without constant supervision while working remotely

**Please note that working hours for this position are from 08:00am -17:00pm, Monday to Friday but will require working overtime from time to time to support clients with queries.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)

- Day Shift (required)
- Night Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)
