Curtain Order Taker

Are you passionate about interiors and have an eye for detail? Do you enjoy helping customers turn their ideas into beautifully finished spaces? We're looking for a friendly and organizedCurtain Order Taker to join our growing team

As a Curtain Order Taker, you will be the first point of contact for customers ordering custom-made curtains. You'll guide them through fabric choices, measurements, pricing, and ensure their orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in-store, online, or by phone
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable curtain options
- Take accurate measurements and details for custom orders
- Provide quotes and explain pricing, timelines, and fabric options
- Enter and manage orders using our system
- Coordinate with the installation team
- Follow up on orders and ensure a smooth customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Basic understanding of fabrics, window furnishings, or willingness to learn
- Experience in retail, interiors, or order-taking roles (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
