**Job description: Main purpose of Role**:

- Responsible for all the filing of processed documentation and recall such documents when the needed.
- Assist with generating Pro Forma invoices and quotations and follow up on these offering further assistance.
- Accurately GRV stock as and when required.
- Action NON-Stock credits and take accountability for stock credits incorrectly processed/supplied with warehouse Admin to ensure the credit is processed correctly.
- Efficiently and correctly generate and confirm pick notes.
- Correctly process invoicing at Head office and branches for delivery or collection to customers.
- See through the inter branch transfer process when required, ensuring all processes are followed through correctly.
- Load sales orders at the relevant branch and head office.
- Coordinate, process and follow up on all back orders.
- Assist Customers and Account Managers with price lists, brochures and any other product material.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints timeously, escalating to the appropriate line manager.
- Check availability and pricing of products with the Procurement Department and give feedback to the relevant Account Manager.
- Ensure momentum of delivery, communication with logistics departments to agree on delivery dates.
- Checks that orders include the correct prices, discounts and product numbers and enter them into the company’s computer system.
- Advise client and relevant Account Manager should there be a delay or shortage of stock and follow through ensuring order is received.
- Ensure all interactions are filtered through the Ticketing System, QContact so that each interaction is recorded.
- Maintain a maximum of 2 hours Leadtime on each communication, ensuring feedback is given through the ticketing system and all relevant parties are advised of changes, updates, deliveries, as each ticket is processed.
- Ensure that you remain logged into and correctly disposition tickets and update your status throughout the working day on Q Contact
- Ensure all tickets are cleared before logging off the system and each ticket has been actioned correctly**Inherent Requirements**

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in Sales and Customer service.
- Grade 12 is essential.
- Strong computer literacy.
