**Overall Responsibility**:
This is a 6-month temporary learnership role designed to provide practical experience and skill development in a sales environment. The overall responsibility of a Telesales Agent is to generate sales and promote products or services through outbound or inbound calls. This role involves identifying potential customers, engaging with them to understand their needs, and presenting solutions that align with the offerings of the company. A Telesales Agent is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, building long-term relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing accurate product or service information.

**Focus Area 1: Telesales**
- Deliver a superior customer ordering experience
- Successful outbound sales management
- Order to cash integration and support
- Sales support in successful order generation responsible for the process from order placement to revenue and customer feedback
- Custodians and implementors of the free stock process for specific trade marketing
- First line of defence for consumer and customer queries

**Focus area 2: Product Knowledge and Promotion**
- Gaining in-depth knowledge of the company’s beverage products, including new launches, seasonal offers, and special promotions
- Effectively presenting the product features, benefits, and unique selling points to customers

**Focus Area 3: Order Processing and Sales Conversion**
- Engaging with customers to understand their beverage needs, processing orders accurately, and converting inquiries into sales
- Upselling and cross-selling related products, such as complementary beverages or promotional packs

**Focus Area 4**:Inventory Awareness and Availability**
- Keeping track of product availability and stock levels, ensuring customers are informed of any shortages or new arrivals, and providing solutions based on inventory status

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric/Grade 12 Qualification
- Computer literacy - Microsoft office
- Word and Excel
- Prior experience in telesales or a customer-facing role (**Preferred**)
