**Namola is Hiring: Telesales Agent**

Are you a highly motivated, target-driven individual with a passion for sales and a desire to make a difference? Namola, a leading safety and security technology company, is looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Telesales Agent to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Namola's products and services.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and customer information in our CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally and effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Proven experience in a telesales or a similar sales atleast 2 years.
- A track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional telephone manner.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant computer programs.
- A positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a tertiary qualification is a plus.
