To effectively quote and sign up potential clients requiring the services of ADT Security.

- Consultants will phone co-ordinators on an hourly basis to advise of their own booked appointments and to receive their new appointment details. Consultants to also advise co-ordinators to times they will be unavailable to do appointments. This will eliminate double bookings.
- Consultant visits client and quotes at appointed time
- Contracts Centre to liaise with co-ordinators as to which deals are closed. Co-ordinators to colour code diary as follows: o CLOSED GREEN o PENDING PINK o RESCHEDULE YELLOW o NOT APPOINTMENT RED o STILL TO QUOTE BLUE
- Every Thursday by 12 noon co-ordinator to forward to
