**Guest Experience**:
Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by overseeing all aspects of guest services and accommodations.

Maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere, creating an unforgettable experience for visitors.

**Lodge Operations**:
Manage day-to-day lodge operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and front-of-house services.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure the smooth functioning of all lodge facilities.

**Staff Supervision**:
Lead and motivate the lodge staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management.

**Administrative Tasks**:
Handle administrative responsibilities such as budget management, reporting, and record-keeping.

Coordinate with central reservations and marketing teams to optimize lodge occupancy.

**Wildlife and Conservation Awareness**:
Develop a keen understanding of the local flora and fauna, contributing to the overall guest experience.

Collaborate with conservation initiatives within the Private Game Reserve.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in lodge management, preferably as a couple.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of hospitality industry standards.

Ability to thrive in a remote and nature-centric environment.

**Experience**:
Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in lodge or hospitality management.

**Location**:
The position is based in a Private Game Reserve in South Africa.

**Salary**:
**Combined salary range**: R40,000 - R50,000 per month, depending on experience.

**Work Schedule**:
6 weeks on, 2 weeks off.

Live-in position.

**Note**: This role is not suitable for individuals with children or pets.
