Duties/Pligte- Performing computer system activities and administrative support related to financial management, human resources, procurement, short courses and general administration.- General human resource administration and ensuring compliance with the University's human resources policy.- Scheduling and administration of short courses.- Providing administrative and secretarial support to the Dean's Management Team.- Making logístical arrangements, including the organisation of meetings, workshops, and conferences.- Compiling of minutes, reports and general correspondence forthcoming from committees, workshops, meetings, and task teams relating to projects.- Administration of own office, including the maintenance of an efficient digital filing system.Behartig rekenaarstelsel-aktiwiteite en administratiewe hulp met betrekking tot finansiële transaksies, menslike hulpbronne, aankope, kortkursusse en algemene administrasie.- Behartig algemene menslike hulpbronne administrasie en toepassing van die Universiteit se menslike hulpbronbeleid.- Skedulering en administrasie van kortkursusse.- Bied administratiewe en sekretariële steun aan lede van die Dekaan se Bestuurspan.- Tref algemene logistieke reëlings, insluitend die reël van vergaderings, werkswinkels, en konferensies.- Opstel van notules, verslae en algemene korrespondensie voortspruitend uit komitees, werkswinkels, vergaderings en taakgroepe wat verband hou met projekte.- Administrasie van eie kantoor, insluitend die byhou van 'n effektiewe digitale liasseerstelsel.

Job Requirements/Pos Vereistes- A completed post-school qualification.- At least five years' administrative experience in the Department of Defence.- Experience with administrative support at management level.- Excellent computer skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.'n Voltooide naskoolse kwalifikasie.- Minstens vyf jaar se administratiewe ervaring in administrasie in die Departement van Verdediging.- Ervaring van administratiewe ondersteuning op bestuursvlak.- Uitstekende rekenaarvaardigheid in MS Office, met inbegrip van Word, Excel, Outlook en PowerPoint.
