We are seeking a skilled and organized individual for our Stellenbosch Branch, to assist our Financial Advisors with the administration and preparation of financial planning advice. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial products and services, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Client Support – Assist Financial Advisors in gathering and analyzing client financial data, preparing and reviewing detailed financial plans and reports tailored to individual client needs, handling client inquiries and providing timely updates on their portfolios. Report Preparation – Draft suitability reports and recommendations based on client objectives, risk tolerance, and financial circumstances, conduct research and compile data on financial products, investment opportunities, and market trends, ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and aligns with company standards. Administrative Duties – Manage client files, ensuring all documentation is up‑to‑date and compliant with regulatory requirements, coordinate and prepare materials for client meetings, including agendas, investment summaries, and follow‑up notes, assist in the implementation of financial plans, including processing transactions and managing paperwork. Compliance and Regulatory Support – Ensure all client interactions and documentation comply with relevant regulations and company policies, stay updated on changes in financial regulations and industry best practices. Team Collaboration – Work closely with Financial Advisors and other team members to provide seamless support to clients, contribute to team meetings and share insights on improving processes and client service. Minimum Requirements Between 2 – 5 Years experience in a para‑planning / wealth administration role or similar financial services position. Matric Certificate. FAIS compliant in terms of DOFA date.
