- Lead and inspire teams across service centres, depots, and retail outlets, ensuring world-class customer service.
- Drive **brand excellence** in shops, from look-and-feel to marketing activations, ensuring we’re consistently seen as the first choice for customers.
- Oversee **stock and shop management**, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Train, develop, and uplift teams with a focus on **growth, learning, and collaboration**.
- Implement and refine policies, processes, and performance systems to achieve consistent operational excellence.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year in a **supervisory or team leader role**, preferably in retail or operations.
- Proven skills in **stock control, shop management, and process improvement**.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel countrywide and work in diverse settings.
- High integrity, adaptability, and a proactive, customer-first attitude.
