JOB PURPOSE

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Matric
- Driver’s License and own vehicle

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Business or Education or equivalent
- Knowledge of Project Management
- Computer literate (MS Office - at least intermediary skill in word, excel, power-point).
- Customer Service /Sales Prospecting certificate will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 3 years in HR role or a similar role
- Experienced in managing projects in a cross-functional and integrated manner
- Sound understanding of experiential learning and workplace-based learning
- Operational optimization skills with a proven record over a minimum of 3 years of

increasing outputs and efficiencies
- Some supervisory/team leader experience an added advantage

Overall Manage and Build Relationships with Host Companies or Entities / Workplaces
- Identify, onboard and liaise with multiple host companies
- Liaise between host companies or entities and cross-functional internal teams according to client needs.
- Drive and promote economic pathways for youth by correctly matching youth and host companies.

Operational Service Delivery
- Understand Signa Opportunity’s services and products, SLA requirements as per client proposals and align delivery accordingly
- Track contract duration and timeously assist in the renewal of existing SLA’s with host companies or entities
- Pro-actively scout for new hosts and establish critical factors for/profile of successful host,
- Scout and rate and qualify potential host according to sector/type of business/nature of work
- Identify, trouble shoot and resolve host issues and complaints and address any improvements or any potential problems
- Ensure that hosts have full knowledge and access to relevant and standard resources
- Provide support and guidance to the Recruitment Officer to ensure effective matching to host requirements
- Conduct host satisfaction survey campaigns, analysing feedback obtained from hosts.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Risk Management
- Assess if each workplace is a reasonably safe work environment
- Manage the SLA contracting process with the host companies or entities
- Advise the Account Manager and the Senior Account Manager of any host company or
- Continuously assess the compliance of hosts processes and procedures in accordance with the EEA, BCEA, LRA and other relevant labour laws within the ambits of South African Labour Law in order to

influence and minimise /flag risks of unfair labour practice disputes
- Update host information on the Learner Management System, CRM and Host Database
- Evaluate and manage risk in line with Signa Opportunity’s objectives and Client’s/Host’s HR policies and procedures.

Reporting
- Prepare formal reports on weekly and monthly activities on the acquisition, contracting, placing, training and support of host companies or entities.
- Prepare host company or entity close out reports for internal and external use

Financial Management

Be conscious of costs and use inputs economically while remaining customer focused
