One of our large Security Access Specialists clients based in Linbro Park are urgently in need of an IT Support Technician within the Access Control/ Security Access Industry who can start immediately or as soon as possible.

**THIS IS A BEE POSITION AS PER CLIENT REQUIREMENTS. CLIENT PREFERABLLY SEEKING A FEMALE FOR THIS POSITION**

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent would be an advantage.
- 2 -4 years’ experience working in IT operations
- Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems
- Firm grasp on IT Infrastructure and Operational best practices

**Duties**:

- User support.
- Troubleshooting errors and issues.
- User access and permissions.
- Setups and configuration of laptops/devices/printers etc.
- Maintaining and setting up of network points.
- Maintaining and setting up of network printers.
- Managing and distribution of data SIM cards and contracts: Head Office and branches.
- Technicians company phones and SIM cards
- Telephone system - Head Office; Branches; PABX; Extensions (Create new and maintain existing); Mobi integration
- Purchasing of accessories
- Generator upkeep
- GPT Mobi Application - Technician training; Login creation; Technician ID creation; Warehouse - Boot stock creation
- Adobe licensing compliance
- Knox mobile management software
- Anti-Virus licenses up to date - ESET
- Filing - All I.T. documents need to have a hard copy and soft copy filed (New employee form/equipment responsibility forms/quotes, capex’s and invoices).

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From R10,000.00 per month
