**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring all products meet physical and functional requirements.
- Ensuring all system changes are identified, controlled, tested and recorded prior to release.
- Establishing standards to be implemented within the business.
- Drive the effective handover between CIB Handover and UAT/Training as per the agreed procedures.
- Mapping of new processes and drafting of new documentation.
- Statistical reporting on product performance.
- Evaluate and asses current processes and develop solutions to assist with problem areas.
- Monitor system performance.
- Communicate actively and effectively with stakeholders/clients/business
- General administration.

**Minimum requirements**:
**Experience, qualifications and competency requirements**:

- Matric
- 3 years System Super User experience
- 1 year Software testing skills and knowledge
- Application Testing experience
- Computer literate
- Product knowledge
- Operating Systems knowledge
- Problem solving attributes
- High attention to detail
