TRACKER requires the services of a Technical Support Analyst in the Technical Support Department. The incumbent will be responsible to ensure effective investigations and resolutions of Tracker products; and conducting timeous and accurate investigations and problem resolution as well as provide 2nd line support to Tracker. We require a self-starter with an ability to analyse, innovate and possess strong attention to detail skills.

**Job description**:

- Accurate and timeous Tracker Units investigations
- Provide effective reporting for the investigation resolution
- Accurate and timeous formulation of technical reports
- High proficiency pertaining to time management to effectively reduce costs
- Ensure effective complaints management to drive acceptable levels
- User friendly feedback to drive accurate understanding to our clients

**Minimum requirements**:

- Matric
- IT Qualifications will be advantageous
- 2-4 years Technical Analysis; Diagnostic and Resolution experience
- 2-4 Years experience in a customer service experience
- Tracker Applications exposure will be advantageous
- Good Analytical Skills
- Result driven
