**Key responsibilities**
- Responsible for ensuring the recruiting needs within assigned area are met;
- Building strong pipeline of talents while keeping abreast of talent market happenings;
- Manage full cycle recruitment process, which includes sourcing, reviewing of CVs, conduct interviews, interview co-ordination, offer management and negotiation, reference checks, background checks & on-boarding processes;
- Develop consultative relationships with business stakeholders;
- Communicate on regular basis with stakeholders to update and report recruitment status;
- Manage job postings, applicants and work flow through ATS;
- Ensuring data integrity on monthly basis.

**Key Requirements**
- Recognized bachelor degree with at least 2-3 years of progressive Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment experience;
- Full cycle recruitment experience (within an agency/search firm is preferable);
- Good industry knowledge with best recruitment practices;
- Expert knowledge of recruitment, focusing on digital and social media resources, applicant tracking systems, and creative sourcing techniques;
- Must possess exceptional drive and motivation to achieve and hiring goals;
- Ability to multi-task and work in a high pressure and fast paced environment;
- Excellent follow-up skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with high degree of ambiguity;
- Have excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills;
- Attention to details while able to maintain a broad overview of things;
- Excellent spoken and written English skills - knowledge of Romanian/Bulgarian language would be additional plus.
