Location: Century City, Cape Town About Marva Group: Marva Group is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our internal recruitment team. Job Summary As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to help us build a high-performing workforce. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we identify, attract, and hire the best talent for Marva Group. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, define job specifications, and source the best candidates to meet these requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process from job brief to offer acceptance. Ensure timely, high-quality hires across multiple departments. Sourcing and Attracting Talent: Utilise various channels (job boards, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.) to proactively source and attract candidates, especially in the healthcare sector. LinkedIn Recruiter Expertise: Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter to search for and connect with top talent; utilize advanced search filters and sourcing strategies to identify and engage candidates efficiently. Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability, skills, and cultural fit. Partnering with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements for each role and advise on recruitment strategies. Building Strong Candidate Pipelines: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs. Nurture relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment experience. Ensuring a Positive Candidate Experience: Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing them with feedback and ensuring they feel supported from start to finish. Data-Driven Recruitment: Maintain accurate records of candidates and hiring progress using recruitment software. Proficiency with Recruitment Systems & Apps: Comfortable using recruitment platforms (ATS systems), candidate management tools, and other relevant apps to track and streamline the hiring process. Report on key recruitment metrics to senior leadership. Job Requirements At least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment. Experience in healthcare recruitment is highly preferred, although not essential. Strong ability to source candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking. Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter is a must. Proven experience working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and advise on recruitment strategies. Experience or a strong understanding of recruitment in the healthcare industry, including familiarity with relevant regulations and requirements.
