As the Head of Product Delivery, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful and timely delivery of our products, meeting, or exceeding client expectations.

This leadership position involves strategic decision-making to run the Product Delivery department effectively, while prioritizing client satisfaction and adherence to timelines and budgets.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
**1. **Strategic Leadership**:

- Lead and oversee the Product Delivery department, making strategic decisions to ensure the successful delivery of products.
- Work closely with the Head of Engineering to align product delivery with technical capabilities and timelines.

**2. **Client Commitment**:

- Live up to the commitments made to clients, ensuring that promises are fulfilled, and client expectations are met.
- Prioritize client satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.

**3. **Timely and Budgeted Delivery**:

- Take ownership of project timelines and budgets, ensuring that products are delivered on time and within the agreed-upon financial parameters.
- Implement effective project management methodologies to achieve delivery excellence.

**4. **Client Happiness**:

- Measure and prioritize client happiness, actively seeking feedback and implementing improvements based on client satisfaction surveys.
- Implement strategies to exceed client expectations in terms of product quality and service delivery.

**5. **Departmental Autonomy**:

- Decide and implement how the Product Delivery department is run, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align product delivery strategies with overall business objectives.

**6. **Team Development**:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Product Delivery team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with the Head of Engineering to ensure seamless coordination between engineering and product delivery teams.

**7. **Quality Assurance**:

- Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to guarantee that delivered products meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.

**8. **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in product delivery processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Foster a culture of innovation and proactively seek ways to enhance delivery efficiency.
