Our client is currently seeking a talented and driven individual to join their team as the Head of Product covering Connectivity, Network / Cyber Security, Cloud and Networking. As the leader of this team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that will drive growth and success in the full product portfolio.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of product managers, and collaborating closely with sales. You will also work closely with stakeholders across the organization to develop product roadmaps, define product requirements, and identify new market opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in product management, with a deep understanding of the ISP / Telecoms / Unified Communications industry. You should also have experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the voice and data product portfolio
- Manage a team of product managers
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure our product offerings remain innovative and competitive
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and make data-driven decisions
- Lead product launches and develop go-to-market strategies
- Manage the product budgets and ensure financial targets are met
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on ISP solutions and ideally sales background
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches and driving revenue growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
