A vacancy currently exists for the above mentioned position reporting to the Service Centre Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- FS job coordination with customer and FSE, follow up on reports, creating orders in Scala
- Planning and daily management of service engineers work schedules.
- Booking of FSE and SC job related cost in Scala, preparation of handover documents to OH for invoicing
- Ensure that jobs are executed according to importance in close cooperation with Team Managers
- Service centre and field service related payroll process
- Ensure timely control of order backlog and credit queries.
- Administer Performance Agreements closely with service sales
- Consolidating customer satisfaction survey after job execution CSAT
- Service execution objectives by securing competent resources planning to fulfil customer commitments on availability, quality time and safe execution.
- Progress service jobs and provide information to all key stakeholders.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Computer literate - MS Office
- Attention to detail.
- Engineering graduate with minimum 1-2 years experience
