A leading organization is seeking a Service Desk Coordinator to support IT infrastructure within the MIS department. This role involves providing technical support, managing IT resources, and contributing to IT projects in alignment with ITIL standards. Youll work closely with the IT Service & Operations Manager to ensure continuity of service and deliver exceptional user support.Whats in it for you?Youll gain hands-on experience in IT service desk operations, infrastructure support, and project coordination, while contributing to the success of a leading organization.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide IT support for end users (PCs, thin clients, smartphones, printers, scanners, etc.)Ensure ITIL-compliant MIS support processes (ticketing, troubleshooting, reporting)Manage IT hardware resources, including inventory and capacity planningAssist in designing and planning hardware/software transitions (BUILD domain)Implement plans and tasks assigned to RUN and/or BUILD teamsApply security and licensing policiesParticipate in IT projects, documentation, testing, and trainingSubmit monthly project reports and ensure prioritization of tasksTravel to sites for IT projects or training when requiredMaintain compliance with QHSE and ISO standardsJob Experience and Skills RequiredEducation:Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or Computer ScienceExperience:Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experienceWorking knowledge of IT Service Desk ticketing systemsBasic administration of Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)Skills in Microsoft operating systems and Office 365Experience with desktop imaging and deploymentProficient in PC hardware, software, and printer troubleshootingSkills:Strong communication and customer care skillsTechnical and analytical abilitiesTime and workload managementAbility to work independently and as part of a teamApply now
