You will ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction while enjoying every day on the job. **What you will be doing** - Use your creativity and intuition to help undecided customers choose from the range of rooms - Provide excellent customer service by managing expectations and claims in a very positive, polite, and diplomatic way - Handle inquiries and provide timely responses and manage requests - Ensure that the degree of satisfaction meets the customer and company needs - Contribute to creating brand engagement for our client **What we are looking for** Your natural talent for helping people and ability to think on your feet will get you far in your journey with us. You are customer-orientated and can adapt seamlessly to different types of people.
