You will be responsible to use technical knowledge, problem solving skills and business acumen to pull, prepare, analyse and present data, to develop, produce and automate reports and to manage and execute operational processes. Ensures that the company has the necessary data and information for operational decisioning and strategic planning. Manage the HRSS system and enhancements and manage current and future employee benefits. Evaluation and grading of all current and new jobs and manager Wellness across the group

**What you will love doing in this role**
- You love positioning homechoice as the Employer of Choice (EOC) both from an internal and external perspective, thereby, ensuring the attraction and retention of key talent within the retail industry by evaluating our EVP, negotiating group benefits packages for external providers
- You love managing employee benefits and stakeholder engagement on all company benefits
- You love managing all wellness programmes, partnerships, and weekly communication
- You love communicating and sharing benchmarks, best practices, and best-fit programmes with HRBP's and Line to ensure the establishment of a centre of remuneration excellence
- You love networking and sharing knowledge and experience with Retail Industry counterparts to enable the alignment of programmes with industry trends
- You love assisting with Remcom preparations
- You love managing job evaluation processes and ensuring that job profile audits take place
- You love drafting and updating remuneration and benefits policies to help with the effective understanding and adherence to these policies
- You love comparing internal pay lines with the SA market
- You love managing the job evaluation database by ensuring that data is captured accurately thereby ensuring that credible remuneration structures can be developed
- You love partnering with business partners to understand business challenges and opportunities and support better decisions through employee analytics and insights
- You love managing the HR system and enhancements and being the first line support on HR system issues for resolution

**What you'll need to do this role**
- Human Resources Diploma/Degree
- 3 - 5 years’ + of relevant experience
- Advanced excel proficiency
- Data Analytics & Reporting
- Employee Wellness & Benefits experience
- Proficient in current HR System (Sage)
- Job Evaluation and grading
