We are looking for a trustworthy and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Call Centre Agent/ Sales Administrator.

You will be responsible for the capturing of sales orders received from various source documents into the relevant computer system for storage, processing, and management purposes.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Grade 12
- College certificate / Diploma in Administration, Sales, or Finance (Beneficial)
- Proven data capturing and admin experience
- Computer Literate with experience in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Telephone Etiquette

**Your duties will include, but not limited to**:

- Capture all orders and claims accurately into the relevant systems.
- Follow up on current and incomplete orders on the system to ensure there are no orders missing for the day.
- Complete and submit previous days orders captured on the “Daily orders captured” sheet.
- Responsible for storing and filing completed information and maintaining records of work tasks and completed documents.
- Familiarize yourself will all KPI’s, products and company processes.
- Manage national invoicing and purchase orders.
- Escalate any issues or concerns to supervisor or manager for clarity and assistance.
- Verify the accuracy of information and orders from designated sources before entering it into the system.
- Adhere to all deadlines and minimum order quantities.
- Keep track new accounts and provide suppliers with new store opening letters for 1st time orders.
- Assist with capturing orders for absent or overloaded colleagues.
- Consistently check work for accuracy and completeness.
- Compare the entered information with the source to identify errors and correct.

**You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, be a team player and passionate about service delivery.**
