**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Build and maintain good relationships with all relevant stakeholders at all levels through open, proactive, professional and regular communication
- Support and assist the Product Manager to analyse qualitative and quantitative information
- Assist in coordinating / implementing the specific product strategy, working closely with relevant stakeholders to achieve campaign and product objectives, e.g.:

- Liaise with suppliers during the design process
- Support the development of marketing collateral with ideas and third party service provider management
- Format documents, presentations and/or other portfolio tasks
- Anticipate and communicate with management on upcoming workflow requirements
- Manage and communicate scheduling and logistics issues
- Assist and provide Marketing input around stock movement and management
- Ensure all portfolio-related deliverables are clearly communicated and proactively followed up both within and across departments

Perform administrative and others tasks for the Marketing Department and the allocated Product Manager.
- Assist with the collation and reporting of feedback and KPI’s (e.g. monthly sales and market data, market share, competitor dynamics, etc)
- Assist with document preparation regarding business plans per product for Servier Global.
- Complete daily, weekly and ongoing administrative requirements, particularly around campaign development, e.g.
- Speaker contracts
- Consultancy contracts
- Complete all documentation relating to payments
- Maintain close oversight of promotional stock management
- Manage and assist with Adhoc projects as required and report where necessary on the outcomes thereof
- Work with stakeholders across the business to initiate specific projects and implement and evaluate project outcomes

Understand and mitigate the risk in relation to code compliance, internal and external regulations and pharmacovigilance and display proactivity in identifying, mitigating and/or escalating risks to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage internal and external approval processes
- Attend mandated compliance training
- Manage compliance with Servier SOP’s and relevant legislation (e.g. Pharmaceutical Marketing Code) within own area of responsibility
- Maintain accurate paper and electronic files and records for easy retrieval and ensure the two systems interface correctly
- Hold service providers accountable for delivery in line with SLA’s, expectations and company standards, e.g. accurate timely invoicing
- Generate purchase orders as needed
- Manage and report on expenditure versus budget to relevant Product Manager

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Marketing Qualification (Degree, Diploma, Honours)
- Good proficiency in Reading, Writing and Speaking Portuguese
