Marketing Assistant

Currently we are searching for a Marketing Assistant for Johannesburg, South Africa.
**Responsibilities of this Post**:
Conduct market research and analyse consumer rating reports/ questionnaires.
Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data.
Update spreadsheets and databases with information.
Assist in the organising and setup of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.
Assist in writing marketing literature (presentations, brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market.
Communicate directly with clients and employees and encourage trusting relationships.
Collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy.
Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
Maintaining a marketing database.
Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents.
**Requirements of this Post**:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience.
Well-organised with a customer-oriented approach.
Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
Exquisite written and verbal communication and people skills.
Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
