**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with Planning and scheduling of planned activities
- Following up of projects in progress with the marketing team
- Update and reporting to Marketing Coordinator on projects
- Assisting with PowerPoints, training and templates
- Ensure all projects are finished according to allocated times
- Assist with sorting through and vetting of documents
- Training on all marketing activities
- Assist the marketing coordinator with all admin tasks
- Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information such as budget spreadsheets
- Submitting of payment requisitions to the finance department on a monthly basis
- Writing of reports, company brochures and similar documents
- Helping organize market research
- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (Social media, web analytics, rankings etc)
- Compose and post online content on the companys website and social media accounts
- Communicate directly with suppliers and encourage trusting relationships
- Assist with all content design (Adobe, illustrate, Canva, Premiere Pro)
- Assist with implementing of all digital campaigns
- Upskill in web-design and assist with changes that are needed
- Be prepared to have ad hock projects with limited time frames attached
- Assist with all content creation
- Planning of events
- Assist if needed with sorting through documents and ensuring it is correct.
