**Job Duties**:
**Maintenance Duties**:

- Perform minor repairs, including fixing doors, office furniture, and fixtures.
- Assemble and install office furniture, shelves, and equipment.
- Handle basic electrical and plumbing tasks (e.g., replacing light bulbs, cupboard hinges, unclogging drains).
- Conduct minor painting and touch-ups as needed.
- Assist with office moves and reconfigurations.
- Identify and report major maintenance needs to management.
- Perform routine inspections of office facilities to ensure everything is in working order.
- Report on any plumbing, electrical or maintenance issues found around the office.
- Ensure safety measures are in place, such as replacing fire extinguisher tags and first aid kits.
- Manage inventory of maintenance tools and supplies and request restocking when necessary.

**Other Duties**:

- Assist the cleaning team with general tasks such as: Emptying trash bins, collecting stock from the stores, replacing hand towels and air fresheners in bathrooms, climbing ladders to clean lighting fixtures and covers.
- Assist the logistics team with deliveries or collections from suppliers for office related things.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a handyman, maintenance, or janitorial role preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
- Ability to operate cleaning and maintenance equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Valid code 8 Driver's License.
- Minimum of 1 year driving experience.
