**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Ensure production schedules are followed, including co-ordinating with other departments such as procurement to ensure the deliver of raw materials and supplies on time.
- Inventory management ensure that raw materials and intermediate products are available for the production of products.
- Generate works / production orders based on requirement for stock and sales orders.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure that there is enough stock and ensure that all necessary raw materials are ordered on time.
- Supervise workers on the factory floor, ensuring they follow safety procedures, training them and updating skills as required.
- Record and analyse production data and share it with the production manager.
- Ensure that production orders and necessary documents are captured on time.
- Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety regulations.
- Ensure smooth operation of the production line and communicate with the maintenance team in case of breakdowns.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**:

- Matric
- Dipolma/Degree in production management or relevant field
- 2 years minimum experience in managing operations
- MS Office

**Package & Remuneration**:
R12k - R20k CTC + overtime
