**Opportunity - Production Scheduling Assistant & Administrator**

Kyta Industries currently has a requirement for **a Production Scheduling assistant & administrator **within the KYTA Industries **Johannesburg **branch, whose **responsibilities** will include but not be limited to the following:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Job scheduling & processing**
- **Stock control & processing**
- **Status update & production issue communication**

**Breakdown of Responsibilities**
- Production job scheduling with production manager once raw materials received
- Update production manager daily on new retail orders placed
- Take scheduling time & machine slot duration direction from production manager
- Communication on all job schedule changes
- GRV Brands job stock deliveries and labelling for easy Identification
- GRV Retail stock deliveries and safekeeping.
- Monitor usage & supply weekly, stock updates to Finance operational manager and Warehouse/Procurement coordinator
- Control retail stock & issuing to production - including movement from retail stock holding to top up Brands projects
- Stock control and assessments to be done weekly
- To request Inter Warehouse Transfers, (IWT’s) of smalls into production sites when needed Retail/Brands
- Mon, Wed & Fri (COB) Status update reports on all Brands Projects & Retail Production
- Assist the Procurement Administrator with monthly Brands stock count & processing
- Keep reports on all production issues experienced with documents, root cause & fix solution.

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Strong Administrative knowledge and Skills, punctual & highly organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail - Crucial
- Able to work independently
- 2+ years in a production administration or scheduling role required.

- Proficient in relevant software
- Coordinating and planning skills
- Thoroughness and reliability
- Excellent organizational skills
- Active listening. Communication Skills
