- Internal:
- Working with the relevant Product Manager/Lead, to ensure the product data and information is current and accurate
- Provide Product Support to the following Departments: Sales, Finance, Operations and Support
- External:
- Working with Distributors and Suppliers

**JOB SUMMARY**:

- Main purpose of position:
CipherWave, a Johannesburg based Internet Service Provider who offers Connectivity, Cloud, Voice & Security products is looking for an astute, highly analytical, process driven individual to support their Product Development and Lifecycle
- Responsibilities and duties:
- Assist Product Lead with Product Development
- Supplier Audits
- Customer Audits
- Work with the Finance Dept to ensure products are accurately invoiced
- Work with the Sales Dept to ensure products are renewed timeously
- Assist in System Development to ensure efficiency within the business
- Desired skills & experience- Experience in the Telecoms or ICT Industry is mandatory
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- Knowledge and Understanding of Connectivity, Cloud, Voice, Security Products
- Clear understanding of the Microsoft CSP Program
- Ability to work well across multiple teams - Team Player
- Comfortable in creating and presenting reports related to processes and systems
- Good time management skills
- Minimum experience:
- Experience working with MS 365
- Minimum qualification:
- None
- Additional requirements:
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Valid Driver’s License with Own Transport
- Willing to Travel when required
