**Assistant to the Director (Grade 11)**
**People and Culture**
**Main Objectives**
To provide specialised project, organisational, and administrative support to the Director and the Division.
**The Requirements**
A B. Degree (NQF level 7, preferably in human resources) or equivalent plus approximately three (3) years relevant experience where such experience includes:
- Previous administrative experience in an electronic environment where planning, coordinating, and executing high-level and complex administrative processes and projects was a key responsibility and where the job required a high degree of multitasking
- Some experience working for someone in a senior role (Directorate level)
- Previous experience handling queries (staff, members of the public, )
- Some experience writing reports and data analysis
- Human-resource-related administrative experience working with an HR management information system would be an advantage.

**Remuneration per annum (Grade 11)**:
Basic Pensionable Salary per annum: R401 952
Cost to Company per annum (Approximately): R539 645
